Focus on the escapement of an automatic watch
Are you passionate about watches? Maison Beaubleu explains how an automatic watch works and its know-how.
How an automatic watch works
Maison Beaubleu attaches great importance to the aesthetics of its watch as well as to its functioning. The animation of the hands is carried out using the Miyota 9015 automatic movement. The Japanese town of Miyota developed its expertise after the Swiss trained the Japanese at the end of the 19th century. With their expertise, Japanese watchmakers set up their manufacturing plant in 1959. The operation of the automatic watch had a basis, “Citizen Watch”. The Miyota 9015 automatic movement is a guarantee of quality.
- Precision: the hourly frequency of the movement is 28,000 A/H.
- Finish : the thickness of the movement is only 3.9 millimeters.
- Efficiency : the mechanical metal rotor is linked to the watch. Therefore, the automatic movement is in synergy with that of the wearer's wrist.
The Maison Beaubleu
Maison Beaubleu creates watches with high quality materials. Since its creation in 2017, by designer Nicolas Ducoudert, Beaubleu embodies the desire to free oneself from codes through the culture of free time. The round hands, emblematic of the brand, elevate each moment to the rank of unit of measurement of time and contribute to the creation of automatic watches that are both aesthetic and highly symbolic.
