All Beaubleu watches are guaranteed for two years. For any purchase made on our site, you benefit from an additional one-year extension. The movements are guaranteed for 10 years, a guarantee of confidence and quality.

The Beaubleu warranty covers all manufacturing defects visible during normal use. We cover defective parts due to a manufacturing defect noted by our watchmakers.

The warranty does not cover theft, loss, normal wear and tear, aging or any damage resulting from improper handling.

Leather and steel bracelets are subject to the same warranty conditions.

All Beaubleu watches are automatic and are therefore wound using the movement of your wrist. However, if this is the first time you are using it or if you have not worn it for a few days, you must wind it manually using the crown located at 3 o'clock. For more details, see our article dedicated to automatic watches.

Only the shape of the hands changes, the reading of time remains the same: the small hand indicates the hours, the medium the minutes and finally, the large the seconds.

Our timepieces have been designed to be universal in size and suitable for both men and women. Thus, their diameter of 39 mm makes them comfortable to wear on all types of wrists (between 14.5 cm and 20 cm in circumference)

All bracelets are interchangeable without tools, thanks to a lug pump system.

The size of our bracelets has been designed to fit the majority of wrists.

Note that the dimensions are standard (20 mm x 16 mm) to offer the possibility of having another bracelet that we would not offer, while keeping the Beaubleu folding clasp.

All Beaubleu watches are assembled in France, between Paris and Versailles.

Each model in the Vitruve collection is limited to 888 pieces.

The watertightness of your watch is ensured by a sophisticated system of seals. Carefully checked, it will remain waterproof if you take the following precautions:

- Make sure the crown is in its original position to avoid damaging the mechanism. To do this, press the crown completely against the case.
- Never operate the crown when your watch is in contact with water or simply wet.

Even if the seals fulfill their role perfectly, Beaubleu recommends that you remove your watch before any contact with water, to preserve the integrity of the case and strap as much as possible.

Beaubleu watches are water-resistant to 3ATM for the Vitruve collection and 5ATM for the Ecce collection.

Anyone who owns a Beaubleu watch automatically becomes an ambassador after registering on our site.

Upon receipt of your watch, it will take between 24 hours and 4 weeks, depending on the nature of the problem encountered.

When dropping off or shipping your watch, it is important that your watch is well packaged, with your warranty card. It is not necessary to attach the original packaging.

We deliver to all countries. Taxes and customs duties are not included in shipping.
