Ecce Figura - Personalization

The personalization of the Ecce Figura marks a unique step in the journey of each watch. Between the engraving on the case back and the embossing of the leather straps, each piece becomes a unique object, reflecting meticulous care and attention to detail. This step marks a new chapter in Beaubleu's expertise.

Engraving

Engraving is a first for Beaubleu. Each case back can be given a personalized name or message. The process is carried out using a high-precision laser engraver, carefully calibrated before each use to ensure perfect beam alignment. Before marking the case, a test is performed on a sample surface to verify the regularity and clarity of the marking. The engraving is then applied directly to the case back, followed by careful cleaning to remove any traces of dust or residue. Each model in the collection can thus be personalized, making each Ecce Figura unique.

Embossing

The embossing of the leather bracelets completes this personalization by adding a discreet signature on the inner side of the Beaubleu leather bracelets. The surface is perfectly prepared to receive the marking, carried out hot at 150° using a calibrated press. The initials or dates are composed using a brass piece, sculpted to create a precise relief. The chosen typography is Futura, created in 1927 by the German designer Paul Renner, a symbol of geometric and timeless modernism.
The depth and relief of the imprint are achieved through a precise balance of heat, exposure time, and applied pressure. Each imprint is then checked to ensure centering and consistency, resulting in a subtle and lasting finish.

Through engraving or embossing, each Ecce Figura becomes a unique creation, crafted to reflect its own identity. Each detail, carefully thought out and executed—from the laser line to the heat applied to the leather—gives this personalization a precision that perfectly harmonizes with the elegance of the Maison. All these touches add special attention and intention, offering a subtle nod to oneself or to the lucky ambassador. Each detail tells a discreet but unique story.
